During the course of the event, Becker & Hickl may record visual and auditory data to try and document the event as well as capture its general spirit. This may include image and video data of attendees in a crowd chosen at random. After conclusion of the event these images and videos may be published on this website (https://flim-prague.com/) or (http://becker-hickl.com/) only in the intent of showcasing the event itself. If you wish to have any publicly available image or video data of yourself removed from these websites, please contact (email@example.com). Becker & Hickl is not responsible for any recordings of this nature made by third parties.
(1) Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for this contractual relationship (inventory data) in terms of its establishment, organization of content and modifications, are used exclusively for fulfilling the contract.
(2) Your name and title will be used to fabricate a personalized conference badge for your identification.
(3) Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties outside the scope of fulfilling this contract. After completion of the contract, your data are blocked against further use. After expiry of deadlines as per tax-related and commercial regulations, these data are deleted unless you have expressly consented to their further use.
